Q: Will I meet my dog walker?

A: Yes. An initial consultation is provided where we will come and meet with you to discuss your specific requirements. There is no charge for this service.

Q: How much are the walks?

A: Please click on the Prices and Areas Covered page for detailed information.

Q: What areas do you cover?
A: Please see the Prices and Areas Covered page for more information. However we offer dog walking for the Bury St Edmunds (starting soon), Hadleigh, Lavenham, Long Melford, Chelsworth and Bildeston areas.

Q: How will you collect and drop-off my dog?

A: We will collect your dog from your home in our unmarked, air conditioned MPV vehicle and return your dog after the walk. This is all part of the service and incurs no additional charge. We are also fully insured to carry keys to your property should you wish us to walk whilst you're out or at work.

Q: Why do you do a trial walk before taking on a new dog?
A: It is very important to us that any new dogs get on with the existing dogs that we walk. This is only fair to our current dogs and also to any potential new dogs that we may take on. We group our dogs accordingly and it wouldn't be right to upset that balance. Some of the best behaved, well trained dogs can behave differently within a small group and therefore we have to assess every dog before taking them on. We also do not take on dogs that pull excessively or who display aggression.

Q: It says that you walk between 11.00am and 3.00pm during the week, why can you not be more specific?

A: We all know how difficult it can be getting around Suffolk during busy times and the traffic can vary hugely from one day to the next. This makes it very difficult to commit to a specific time. We also like to group our dogs accordingly so depending on who we have that particular day, your dog may go out on either the first or second walk. If you require your dog to be walked outside of these hours, please email us with your specific requirements.

Q: How many dogs do you walk at one time?

A: We walk 4/5 dogs per walk per person.

Q: Do you let the dogs off the leash?

A: Dogs can be walked either on or off the leash at the owner's written request but local leash laws will be adhered to and your dog must have a good recall if they are to be let off.

Q: Do you walk intact dogs?

A: Unfortunately due to the social nature of the walks we are unable to accept dogs that haven’t been spayed or neutered.

Q: Do you offer dog daycare?

A: We don't offer daycare but we can keep your dog with us for both walks and therefore they will be out for a longer portion of the day plus if required.

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: We are fully insured with public liability insurance and also insured to look after keys.

Q: Have you had a Criminal Record Check (DBS)?

A: We have had a full Criminal Record Check which is available to view on request.

Q: What do I do if I need to cancel?

A: Please contact us via phone or email giving 24 hours notice otherwise the full fee will be due.

Q: What do you do if there is an emergency?

A: Although this is unlikely you will be notified immediately. If veterinary attention is required then we will take your dog to your chosen vet or the nearest possible surgery depending on the circumstances.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Payment can be made at the end of each week by bank transfer or standing order for weekly walks.
